We aim to pack your order within 2–5 days after receiving your order. Carrier-provided delivery estimates apply to various methods, with typical order delivery occurring within 3-7 business days after handing over the parcel to the courier.
Our Delivery methods
Sweden - Postnord for orders up to 2 kg and DHL for the rest
In European Union - DPD or FedEX, 3-7 working days
Non EU countries - Custome Quote depending on your location with FedEX, usually takes 1-2 days. Shipping channels will usually result in high shipping cost because of their long length.

When do you ship orders after receiving them?
We aim to get your order ready in 2–5 days. However, during busy periods it may take longer to process your order.
What's the delivery time?
How quickly your order arrives depends on where you are and the delivery method you choose. Carriers estimate that it will take 3–7 days from the time the courier receives the parcel. Keep in mind, these are estimates, and delays might happen especially if your package has to go thought customs. Once carriers pick up your order, any delays are out of our control, and we're not responsible for them. But we will help whenever we can.
What is the shipping cost?
You can use you estimate shipping function when you click on your cart. IF you can't find it there's a picture below showing you where it's located.
Shipping Quote
Countries outside EU will in most cases have to recive a specific shipping quote. You can either contact us thought the chat and we can give you a quick estimate, otherwise checkout with the qoute option and we will send you a payment link for the payment needed to ship the products to you. If you think it's to much we cancel the order and you will have your money back in 1-2 days.

Can I return an item?
Of course. We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day you receive your order.

Once you have contacted us and received permission to return, you can send the package yourself or ask us to generate a shipping label.

How long until I receive my refund?
Refund will take a day or two if we haven't sent you any items otherwise It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Please allow a few bank days after this for the refund to show on your account.
